Approaching I-880 southbound from I-238. I-880 (Nimitz freeway) was referred to as the "Nasty Nimitz" since it has some of the most aggressive drivers in the Bay Area. In the early 1990s, this freeway was narrow, bumpy, & had several narrow & messy interchanges before the freeway was remodeled. Taken on 23 Dec 2010 - Naval Hospital Heliport gallérie photo
