The RibEye, an Icon, and a must stop in Chehails serving the best "Texas Red Chili" on I-5 and in the world for many, many years is gone. I once stoped there a week after Mount St Helens blew. Every thing was covered with a foot of ash, they had bulldozed the parking lot and the place was jammed as always... The RibEye has reopened as of Aug, and sad to say, the "Texas Red Chili", is not the same.. - Dwight Field gallérie photo
