Nance Farm built 1852 by Otway Bird Nance. This home was moved from a site close to Ten Mile Creek, several blocks away and was rotated to face East / West and attached it to the 1848 Peters Colony, Carlos Wise cabin in middle of the 1890's by Otway Nance's son Samuel Nance. - Charlton-Careflite Heliport gallérie photo
