Really nice Staff, good place, clean rooms, AC, private bathroom for 10$. Unfortunately no lift but hey for that price!

Clean and in the center of Hue city. Staff is excellent. They even recognized me after 5 years absense. Helpful and great service

A pleasant enough place to stay, though spring for a deluxe room. We got a standard room and it lacked a window, natural light or any means of efficient ventilation.
The staff were all very friendly, though, and helpful with tour or bus bookings. The included breakfast options are also decent. Oh, and the included soap and shampoo is actually really good.
