Staff was marvelous. They upgraded our room on arrival to the family room. Breakfast was very good and they urge you to take as much food as you want unlike other guesthouses we've experienced. They also refunded our bus to Phong Nha after we heard of Typhoon hitting central Vietnam the day after our departure. 10/10 experience.

Super friendly people here , Clean Room & bathroom. Nice and Quiet environment. Good air condition. Very very good location. (CP值很高).

Stayed here for one night (March 31 - April 1, 2017).
Clean room, great air conditioning, great service, good price. They have a good amount of closet/cupboard space to lay out clothes or hang them and a safe in the room.
Plenty of outlets/plug points in the room and a couple in the bathroom too.
Really nice bathroom too. Hot water I the sink and the shower. The water pressure in the shower was awesome!
Breakfast was lovely.
Recommend this place or their sister hotel (where I stayed a second night) about 30 feet away if they are full.
