For the second day of the 3 Day-2 Nights itinerary guests will transfer from the main boat to the "Day Boat".
Guests will be on the Day Boat from 08:30 until 16:00 and will be served a multi-course lunch on board.
The Day Boat is equipped with comfortable furniture for all guests, both in the dining room and on the sundeck. However, there are no individual cabins.
Indochina Sails, and all other overnight boat operators on Halong Bay, use Day Boats for the second day of a three day itinerary.
One reason for using the smaller sized Day Boat is that it allows for an itinerary which provides access to more private and natural locations on the Bay. The Day Boat enables our guests to see more of the Bay and enjoy it in a quieter and more relaxed manner in relative seclusion.
Very few items are required for the stay on the Day Boat. Guests will leave their belongings in the cabin on the main boat and will return to that cabin for the second evening and third day of the cruise.
