DON'T GO THERE!! Really unhelpful and disrespectful staff! They have cockroaches in the room. Is a really dirty hotel!

If I could put less than one star, I would do it!! The staff is really disrespectful because when we told the woman in reception that we found cockroaches in the bathroom she rang somebody and started to smile and make fun.
They give us another room, where we could find more cockroaches just opening the door...
When we told them we wanted to leave the hotel because it is really dirty and disgusting, they didn't want to give our money back, even if we had just been there for one hour, and didn't use anything on the room.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYBODY!!!
