Their speciality is Swedish or nordic food and flavors from local producers. The menu is kept hidden but you will be greeted with a small card telling you what current focus is on. We had in total 21 dishes, most of them were very good, some harder to understand. The restaurant has a very clean design with an open kitchen were you can see them prepare food depending on where you will be seated. The staff was very nice and seem to understand the food and menu.
Pricey for sure, it is not a cheap restaurant and I will probably not visit here again but I am happy that I did.

Superb restaurant that focuses on the fresh, local ingredients to make a great 3-4hr eating experience over 21 little dishes.
It's similar to the Fat Duck in England but more focus on the theme of Swedish Foraging and fresh local produce.
Pricey - for sure. Friendly staff and the owners help serve and greet you after to learn about how it all went.
Thoroughly recommend booking in advance if you go to Stockholm, as it's definitely worth the trip.

What to say? This is easily one of the best restaurants I have been so far.
There, you do not choose the dishes: the chefs do, based on the products available that day from their different suppliers, all around Stockholm.
The very elaborate cuisine puts the focus on the ingredients, and each dish bursts with flavours: fermented arctic char, smoked pig fat, quail thighs, rhubarbe, lingonberry, apple, ... the list is long and varies anyway from month to month.
Your choice is to take the wine or the non-alcoholic pairing. Simply be aware that alcohol is very expensive in Sweden.
If you are a foodie and coming to Stockholm, put this one on your list: you won't regret it.

Lovely place! Highly recommended if you're interested in an exciting experience. I came in 2015 and this is my review from then. The Chef's really take you on a journey through their lives and life in Sweden with their food. There is a story to each dish and there is a lot of interaction between the diner and the restaurant. There are courses where you contribute by cooking your own sauces, touring the open kitchen with with accompanying cheese tastings and super fun staff. I see they have just been listed on the "Discovery Series" at "The World's 50 Best Restaurant." People are taking notice and you should too. Gastrologik is where it's at.

It's one of the best restaurants I have. Attentive and just right services to be provided. Food are excellent with great creative and unexpected combination idea, beautiful and model display, wonderful aroma, complicated taste. I am drilling thinking of it. Definitely will come again if I am back to Stockholm.
