Awesome place if you like great views on city and surroundings. Whole city is at your disposal, and if visibility is good, you can see really far. Restaurant at the top is also very good.

There is a permanent draught and whistling in big hall becausr of elevators, I think. I was working on 26th floor in an office. There was a draught as well in a room along with rolling blinds which failed to protect against the sunlight. Don't mention narrow round corridor on the floor which was quite dirty almost all the time because one have to follow along it to its office room.
