A member of staff who served us claimed that he understands English. Not true.
One of us has an intolerance for onion and red pepper. This was mentioned during the ordering process at least twice. The waiter even made some notes.
To our surprise when pizza has arrived the onion and red pepper were on it.
We have politely asked to replace the pizza. We also stressed out that picking onion/red pepper out won't help.
In a short time the pizza was back on our table. In even less time a person with intolerance started to react and loosing breath.
We had to speak to a manager. Not much of a success with him either.
