A sentō in the good old style. The water is properly hot (46°C in the medicinal bath), so it will relax you right to the bone in a way that you would be hard pressed to replicate at home. Switch between that and the cold water bath a few times (if you’re in good health), and you can get rid of even persistent aches and pains, and the cardiovascular workout will make you more energetic all the next day. There are also three different kinds of water jet massage and an electric massage pool.
