Pretty inexpensive place to grab uncommon KitKats in the basement floor. Actually, pretty inexpensive or equal to other places. Main floor has assorted drugstore esque items, the 2nd has cosmetics (often items are fully out of stock), and the 3rd has "brand name imports" so I didn't bother going up there.

Not really crowded compared to Takeya Main Building. But still a very nice place to buy gifts.

Lots of Chinese tourists. Check the basement for cheap food and alcohol. Top floor has discount big name brands.
