Quality miso ramen; better than your average chain but not mind-blowing. Price was a tad more than average @ 800-900 yen. Meat was great and thick; noodle/soup thickness, etc. can be customized. The "Tsujita" restaurant group owns several diff. types of noodle restaurants in this area (tan-tan noodles, tsukemen, soup ramen, etc.). Tsukemen seemed to be the biggest and tan-tan noodles seemed very chic.

One of my favorite tsukemen restaurant in Tokyo. 3 steps to follow, 3 steps to heaven. The noodles and broth are perfect, the yuzu is very refreshing and the pepper is incredible.
There are always many people queuing but the wait is very short. Moreover, the staff is very kind. I totally recommend this restaurant!

Ordered their speciality tsukemen using a vending machine with an english menu.
It is served with tonkatsu broth which was very rich. The chashu was tasty and soft. But the outstanding component were the noodles. As it was served seperately, the texture of the noodles can be appreciated. Very chewy and when dipped in broth, holds it very nicely. They were also generous with the portion of noodles compared to the usual ramen shops.

I visited with small kid, however the staff was very kind with my order of 1 ball of ramen shared between us.
