Found this place while staying at the Rome Cavalieri. Great service! Staff didn't speak a lot of English but really tried to explain the menu to us and were super friendly. Owner treated us to proseco, rice balls and lemoncello. We ordered a cheese platter, pasta for dinner and dessert which was good. All and all we had an excellent time!

My wife and I were staying at the Waldorf Hotel just up the hill. Looking for more of a local restaurant with more reasonable pricing we ventured out and walked down to Foodoo. Great ambience and the staff was very nice. and of course on top of all that, the food was delicious. The pricing was in line with local non touristy places which was nice because most restaurants were expensive in Rome. I would definitely recommend it and would go back next time we are in Rome. Another nice thing is that it's right next to a grocery store that we were able to grab snacks, waters and wine for our hotel room.
