About front desk only:
Dear front desk agent working September 3rd, 12pm. For starters, you are the front line for the hotel, the impression you give creates a lasting impression of the hotel in general. When you have a customer at your desk requesting your assistance, isn't it your job to be courteous? It is unwise to correct someone in their choice of phrasing, especially when you clearly haven't mastered the language. A little lesson in English: Option 1. Please call a taxi (a command/direct order) Option 2. Would you mind calling a taxi? (A request)...so for future, do not scold someone at your desk requesting your assistance, especially if they are being extra polite...unless you want people to order you around, maybe you do...you are a receptionist after all.

Very good location. Good amenity goods includes slippers.Great BF and nice view. Rooms are really depends. Stuffs are very friendly!! Very clean rooms. Overall, good value of BB hotel!!
I want to stay there, again.

Very busy street. Very noisy. Hotel is the basics - bed, bathroom, no breakfast included. Booked room online in main hotel and when we arrived the put us in a different building down the street.
