We arrived at the very modern Boscolo Hotel and enjoyed our stay for the most part.
The staff are friendly, the location excellent, the food delicious! The chef met every need and her food sings on your plate!
But.... Why 3 stars? Because the cleaning staff need retraining. No washcloths were in the room. I called to request them and the next day the dirty ones were not replaced! The room coffee was instant. Yuck! And the shower grout was very dirty. So with this being said, it can easily enough be fixed with retraining the cleaning staff.

Poor service at the restaurant. Nice people at reception. Rooms soso. Tiny TV, noise from corridor, soso bathrooms. Nice light fixture though

The Boscolo Milano is a great 5 stars hotel. The service and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is 25€ per person but the choice is wide it worth the price. The design is colourful, modern and also dark in some parts. You can find a spa and a cocktail bar in the -1 floor. The hotel ia just 4 blocks from de duomo. I totally recommend this hotel!

Beautiful large clean rooms, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Centrally located to shopping and seeing the sights. Highly recommend.

The hotel is modern and located in a nice area. Breakfast was good but it could have been better. I was really hoping to use their gym facility but it's just a treadmill and a stationary bike. One day the power went out and none of the card key locks were working so we weren't able to get in our rooms so we just went to dinner and were able to get in when we came back.
The staff was nice and the place was clean.
