It was a terrible experience with unhelpful staff...poor service...wrong information and they tried to give me a lower car brand that I had never heard before and was smaller then what class I booked covered in dents and scratches and had marks all over the seats.

Once I arrived at the Milan Malpensa airport nobody of the Firefly rent car company was there waiting for me. I called to the phone number given in the Firefly internet site in order to inform the Firefly car rental offices that I was there and waiting them to pick me up (the Firefly premises are 3-4 kilometers away from the airport).
I called several times and all the times was the answering machine to answer. After a while, I called again and a man told me that within 20-25 minutes he should have arrive to pick me up. I said ok but as it was too long for me wait 25 more minutes, I tried to call back again and tell him that I wanted to take a taxi and go directly to the Firefly premises. And again there was the answering machine that answered to my call. A few minutes later I called again and the same person told me that take a taxi was not a good idea because he was on the road to pick me up.
I was waiting for more than 15-20 minutes and nobody from the Firefly car rental company came to pick me up. The Firefly man was lying to me!!!!! I was waiting for more than one hour at the airport and the Firefly man was lying.
It was too late for me and I was afraid to not be on time for my job appointments and I decided to go to rent a car from another company at the airport.
All day long, the Firefly man was not wondering about me. At the afternoon of the same day, I came back to the Malpensa airport and I went directly to the Firefly premises. I was very angry and I asked to the Firefly man why he didn’t come to pick me up from the airport. He answered that he was not there in the morning and he didn’t know what his colleague did that morning.
I asked him to give a written explanation, the reason why they didn’t come to pick me up from the airport that morning. He refused to give me this document.
I think that he was the man who was there in the morning of the same day. At beginning of our conversation he tried to show me that he didn’t knew about my case, but later on I discovered that he was aware about what happened.

I wanted to describe my worst ever experience and make it know to all people who will attempt to book a car with the Firefly Company.
If you do not want surprises, it's better to avoid to book with Firefly Company.

Everything was perfect! Got pickup at the airport and the service was great, they were very professional

Worst experience ever. My family (2 babies and my wife 5 months pregnant) have face many problems with this company. After 30 minutes delay to pick us up at the airport, he announced us that he does not take debit card Visa Premier and that the only solution is to drive us back at the ariport to take the train. Which he does leaving our lugages on the side of the street without any words. More than the situation (he can't do much about the Debit card) the behaviour was so unprofessional from him. If you are attracted by the competitive price, run away the service is really poor.

The worst rental company ever. I had very bad experience with them. 30 days have been passed my pre-authorised €600 has not been refunded yet. Several emails and calls didn't work. Their customer service is also terrible. Waste of money and time.
