Good location away from crowds. Quality hotel, great breakfast, all-round good service. A little pricy in the bar and restaurant. Great bar and restaurant opposite. Would recommend for business travellers and those using taxis.

Excellent hotel with all the imenities. Great restaurant, beautiful rooms, and service you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Plenty of food and pubs within walking distance. Theres a TV in the bathroom mirror and you even get your own Galaxy phone for the duration of your stay. This is the place to stay in Genoa.

Excellent service and amenities, and fantastic location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and rooms are incredibly spacious for Italian standards. Our room came with an additional wheelchair accessible bathroom complete with handle bars and a shower seat. The bathroom mirror also came with a TV in it which was a real treat.
The pool is also very enjoyable despite its small size - it doubles as a jacuzzi at all corners as well.
Some improvements could certainly be made . Our room was booked for two but some amenities came in singles e.g. bathrobe and slippers , and there was no hairdryer as advertised - nevertheless housekeeping staff were quick to accede to requests. Despite the 12 degrees C temperature outside , the windows open and the thermostat set to the absolute minimum on a cool setting in the middle of February, we still found it far too warm to fall asleep. The windows opened also into an enclosed airwell which transmitted sounds from downstairs so it did get quite noisy with the windows open.
Overall still highly recommended.
