I would give it 4 stars but this place don't deserve 3,5. Fair prices and great services. 10/10 would go there again

We visited this establishment because it came recommended by our local host from AirBNB and we wanted to avoid any tourist traps. First thing we noticed when we entered this place was how little the staff cares about serving customers. They were playing games among themselves and hardly paid attention to any of the guests, and when they did, they only went through the motions just to get you out of the way. Really disappointing.
Food is just as bad as the service - still icy, barely defrosted cheese and eggplant dish. They didn't even bother to microwave it long enough. One would think that because the restaurant's theme is shaped around Buffalo Mozzarella, everything should be great. Alas, they somehow manage to mess up this beautiful product in so many different ways (probably in as many, as they have dishes on the menu). Pizza sets a new low - freshly thawed porcini, tasted exactly as un washed kitchen sponge.
Do not waste your time and money on this and look out for busy places where local people gather and you will be safe.
