Worst customer service of all time. We rented a car but the air conditioner did not work. We were told to stop at the nearest Hertz to get a replacement car. We were first in line, but the attendant helped three other customers before us because "we had a problem." We had to wait almost an hour before getting our replacement car and additionally, we were charged an outrageous rate for gas.
