Fedora is a unique pastry lab that really stands out in the city of Florence, in is run by the students of FUA as well as in the kitchen. Each pastry is done in accordance to their special traits and ideas making it really something out of the norm when it comes to you average cafe in town. The atmosphere is very relaxing and elegant and greatly compliments the beautiful pastries surround you. To add to the pleasantry of Fedora, the staff is very welcoming and always smiling. It really puts you in a good mood whilst trying to have your morning meal to get the day started. Highly recommend!
