The Eyal Hotel has exceeded my expectations, Its a great place for you to stay if you are visiting Jerusalem, though it's still far from being perfect, It provided everything that I needed. The breakfast was GREAT, the location was PERFECT, the rooms were small but cozy and clean. I will look forward to staying there again.

People in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room cleaning was sporadic. Be mindful that if you want to sleep early, some rooms face a very busy area in Jerusalem that will be loud until midnight most days if the week at least during summer.

Staff is very nice and helpful if you have any questions. Free WiFi which is a plus and the rooms are clean. Thank you for not having a leaking shower.

Big disappointment. for 250 Euro per night, the staff should be more friendly and smiley. the reception clerk made a mistake gave us small and dark room instead of Junior suite we payed for. the reception manager, not shaved and no uniform, shout to me when I complained and showed him his mistake. when he changed the room, he throw it to me with no apologize or sorry. the lobby small and dirty. when I called the company reservation manager she promised to call me back next morning. I am still waiting. she sent us bottle of wine we don't drink. the room and restaurant cleaning is not perfect. lot of dust and remaining from the previous guests. As a tour guide I feel shame to have this kind of hospitality in Jerusalem ans Israel, with this price.
