I once bought an eye drop from them along with loads of other medicines. This particular eye drop was old, so I asked to replace them. They took it back, and after some background discussion gave that same one back and said that it was the last left. As I required them, I took them on the belief, that some close friend of mine suggested this Chemists name.
When I reached home and opened the lid of the eye drop, I found it already open. As the chemist already warned me that i need to use that within a month, and as I didn't want to take risk with my eyes, refrained from using it.
So the next day, I went back to that shop, where I was sneered by the owner who was not present the day before, and they all went onto argue with me that I was the one who opened it and came back to replace it.
I tried reasoning with them, that I needed the med and why would I replace only this one out of the others? But they were busy blaming and ignoring me even as other customers stood there in shock and awe.
What came next completely shocked me and disgusted me to the epitome. The guy there said that "If it had been a matter of 5-10 bucks he could have seen but its 80 buck so I can't do anything".
This is how they run the chemist shop, risking the life of others. I thought for a moment that what if they somehow broke the seal and they didn't want a loss of 80 bucks so sold it off to me? well I didn't say a word after that as I got my answer to this disgusting chemist shop, will refrain buying anything from them until absolutely necessary or someone is dying.
I will ask others to stay from them as well.
