Food quality is getting worse day by day, hardly people throng the place, mostly empty in the evenings, soup has foul smell, not worth venturing out for this price, better to try CHINA GARDEN at Connaught place, great food and ambience,Yo China should think of packing up now and open in some new area and fool a new set of people.

Let me tell you an interesting & embarrassing incident that happened with us yesterday at Yo China, East Patel Nagar market. I called the outlet to enquire whether they accept Edenred card, the person who answered the call said that they don't, while Edenred website & customer services confirmed that Yo China, EPN does infact accept the card. The Edenred customer service lady called the restaurant and confirmed from the Manager that they do accept - 1st mistake of Yo China, working staff at the outlet are not properly updated about the same.
OK, so we reach the restaurant at dinner time and ask for Manager just to sure that they don't shock us after dinner by saying that Edenred card is not accepted, and we waited for the Manager to come out from his office and meet us, we waited for around 25 minutes and there was no sign of the Manager, nor did he care to inform that he would take time - prime example of wonderful customer services. Besides the Manager, the serving chaps didn't even bother to serve us water. Kept standing around staring aimlessly here & there, even after 5 reminders, the Manager didn't bother to come out. Best was the cashier shouting from his cabin ki 'order nahi lena pehle card accept hota hai ki nahi confirm kar lo'. I could have understood if the restaurant was full and nobody had the time for us, but it was deserted with only couple of customers.
Well, in the end after a long wait of 1/2 an hour, embarrassed, we moved out and had dinner elsewhere.

These guys go around giving pamphlets saying the minimum order required is for Rs. 150 for home delivery.

When one does go ahead and try to place an order they say that certain areas need a minimum order of Rs. 250.

Hey guys why do you forget to mention this on your promo pamphlets?????
