Yoy have two banks and financial institutions in the building, the building comprises offhces - Stockholding Corp. Of India Ltd, Nirmal Bang, Sundaram Finance, Awawas Housing Fin, PNB Metlife. Adarsh Credit Fin. Etc . There are also travel agent offices for bith dlmestic and International tourists.

I visited there for Jaipur toastmasters club and participated in it . It's a fine place and have some offices .

opend currunt account for 10000 monthly balance through a Hithesh ji (known person) one of Customer relationship person they opend for 25000 min. balance deposting 15000 from their end and amount charged for low balance continously....every month 650 700 Rs. deducted....

Office complex. Having different private offices. Pink city toadtmasters club also conducts meetings here. Not so clean premises. This building was constructed many years back, after the demolition of than Shalimar cinema. Luft and Parking available.
