I stayed here for a few days in the month of October. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The lobby was a bit small and could be bigger. The food was good. However, they lack parking and the entry is very very small which is a downside when you look at what the Hotel offers on the inside.

Parking is an issue. They have parking for maximum 5 cars. Otherwise the hotel is good.

during my stay at Kolkata for a week in August 2017 I've stayed in one other hotel and checked out another three.... Niharika is by far the most suitable one for a family visit. the staff and atmosphere is superb. and the location of the hotel is also very convenient. although their breakfast isn't really diverse... I mean there could be a little more choice, but the quality is really really good.
overall, this is a really good three star hotel for a comfortable family visit to Kolkata. Enjoy.
