Vary Bad ladies haircut. Went with a picture of the same person which was taken just 2 months back(hair cut from an another saloon), and asked for the same(for the same person). And they ruined it completely.
Gents hair cut is ok.

Great stylists and experts providing service, very poor management.
I had purchased a 3rd party coupon which provided a variety of services. All the services provided by the experts were of excellent quality.

However, when it came to redeeming the coupon, the manager initially asked me to pay taxes in addition to the coupon already purchased. When I re-read the terms and conditions on the coupon, it clearly said that the price of the coupon included the taxes. This, I pointed out and was told that she would "check it out". Then, I paid for the additional services that were not included in the coupon and the manager asked me to pay for the coupon as well (though I had already purchased it and was trying to redeem it). She claimed that they had not received the money for the coupon from the 3rd party vendor and insisted I call the 3rd party vendor and sort out things. This is very poor management. They should sort out any such issues with 3rd party vendors with whom they have agreements to sell coupons instead of forcing the customers to do so. Moreover, she was not aware of the coupons that the 3rd party vendor was selling with respect to her own salon. Very ignorant indeed. I had to call the 3rd party vendor and sort out things and was made to wait for sometime before they got back, confirming that that the payment issues were sorted and I could go ahead with the service. Calls for a change in management.

Appreciate the quick response. Yes, I do understand that the confirmation regarding the coupon issued was necessary, but the confirmation and interaction to sort out issues should have been done by the Visage managers rather than forcing me to call the customer care of Nearbuy. All in all, the delay in billing was quite frustrating. However, I would re-consider my rating and give it a 3 stars now due to quick response from your side. Hope that this issue does not occur in future and any clarifications are handled by the managers themselves rather than the customers.

Also missed mentioning that I had spoken to the same manager over the phone the previous day, clearly informing her that I was coming the next day to redeem a coupon I had purchased. Also, the day I arrived at the salon, I had presented the coupon on arrival, before availing the services. I fail to understand why there was so much confusion in redeeming the coupon even after repeated informing from my side. Any confusion regarding the same should've been cleared after interacting with me over the phone or when I presented the coupon on arrival, rather than at the time of billing.

Brilliant ambience and quality of service . One of the best salon's in Bangalore . Staff was very hospitable and friendly . Not too expensive for haircuts by well trained hair stylists . would like to see more outlets of visage open up in Bangalore

Friendly staff, extremely professional service, and an overall great salon.
Felt like I was back home in London, if you can afford to splurge for a great cut/manicure/colour then this is the place to go. After all, you don't feel good until you look good :)
