Very bad cheap n dirty place. Fan making noise ac not working. Agra ka sabse ghatiya 👎👎 hotel hai. No ac facility.

Very dirty room and catering areas. My parents room had dirty sheets, blanket, and pillow cases. When requested to replace them, the hotel staff was not too friendly. No towels or soap were present on arrival. We arrived late for check in 5 am, so room should have been ready. Cable tv did not function and when we requested help, the staff advised it was service provider problem. Breakfast was included in the price, but took forever to arrive, so we left and ate out. Headboards were stained. The garbage cans were filthy. The staff was very lazy and were reluctant to carry our luggage. It felt like i was the hotel employee and they were guests. In my room, there were electrical problems so if i shut the lights, the tv went off. I had to watch tv with the lights on at night. When i advised them of the issue, the staff said a new electrician criss crossed the wires. Overall, the place needs some TLC. Construction was new, so to keep the hotel in that condition is unacceptable. There was hot water in the room. There was a regular toilet in the room and upon request, they brought toilet paper. The value for the price was good. The hotel was 3km from the taj mahal. I would not stay here again.
