Open at 12:00 on paper. reality 12:15 waiting in front of closed doors with nice weather. Restaurant full of waiters. But, no possibility to enter. Their answer: it's up to them to adapt opening hours based on their will despite the sign.

Don't normally come to a place like this but it was very relaxing (no major sport event on) and enjoyable. The service was good and friendly, drinks quick and cheap and I had a prosciutto salad that was so big I couldn't finish.

Service is bad. Staff members are rude and keep you waiting. Food is fine and not that expensive.

The bar is in a very good location, with a lovely view and great setting. Unfortunately all this is cancelled out by the terribly unprofessional staff running the bar. The staff prefers to spend time socialising with each other as well as not returning any change due unless asked to. For some reason they refuse to take orders directly from the bar and they will send you back to your seat if you try. At least some of them know a few words in English so communication is not 100% infeasible.
