On Monday 28th August 2017,my husband and I complained to Romer information about City Tour Greyline Buses to whom we had paid 40 euros for a full tour.We noted the tour finished early and were told only then when we complained to the driver that many roads were closed because of a festival.When we asked the driver for a refund at least for the difference between a full tour and an express tour ,he refused.We then decided our only option was to complain to the Information Bureau .We approached firstly a young blonde German girl at the bureau who informed us they had many problems with this company.She referred us to a lovely Oriental lady who immediately rang the company and demanded us to be repaid fully.Not only that ,she came with us in person to the Controller.She was the epitome of professionalism and i cannot commend her highly enough.Her wish to help us was truly beyond the call of duty.Frankfurt should be proud!
