The upstairs part is fine, but downstairs is just full of smoke. There is just no air at all to breathe. Your clothes will definitely smell bad when you leave. Better off going to the Jet Bar which is near

My favorite bar on the Karli. Foosball is free to play. Huge variety of different beers and other drinks. Cozy, nice atmosphere. Smoking allowed downstairs.
