One of the best hotels in Berlin.
Lovely design. Comfi beds. Fluffy slippers and towels.
Smart TV and multimedia system in the room. Tv on mirror in bathroom.
The club room upstairs is beautiful.

A real first class luxury hotel with staff that is always available when you need it and away when not. Also at the first visit you get the feeling of being at home. Really soundproof rooms. I couldn't hear anything from outside or inside. A good and relaxing sleep is assured when staying at this hotel. Nice bar. Pool is not the biggest one and gym could have some more equipment. But this is only to mention some minor negative points that are not really negatively influencing the stay. Internet is fast and reliable.

Can't stay at a better place in Berlin! I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay here, it will make your trip so pleasurable! All of the facilities are brand new and state of the art. The rooms are oversized and the bathrooms feature heated flooring! The only small complaint is that you must pay to use the indoor pool. Other than that, this hotel is incredible. If I am ever back in Berlin, this is where you'll find me.

Very nice hotel, what you would expect from a big name hotel like this. Lovely views over the park and of Zoo station. Booked through a friend's Hilton rewards as a gift, and usually would not stay in a place so nice. My girlfriend and I came in and sweatpants and flip flops but were greeted and treated by the staff just the same as the businessman in a suit who was coming in right before us. Highly recommend to anyone who has the cash, or friends with points, to book the room.
