Internet connection not working, though I tried with 3 different devices. WLAN signal low, lost half an hour in trying to find a spot in the room with better signal. Lousy answer from the reception and no-assistance. As I am here for business, I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Not a 5 star hotel, 3 stars are more likely; we didn't have enough towels at the first night. We didn't also have shower gel and hand soap in the room. We bought it from the store. The hotel is quite old, no renovation made recently. The breakfast was good, but the sparkling wine finished too early.

Nice hotel, big rooms, small bathrooms. Gorgeous breakfast, a lot of choices! Location as good as any other in Berlin, depending on where you should go from the hotel, but there are a lot restaurants and shops around and good bus connection. WiFi is THE DISASTER, my only objection!!!!

Loved the hotel, didn't want to leave! Staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel rooms were kept clean and well maintained, good sized rooms, bathrooms were lightly smaller than the pics but still clean. Pool was roughly 3ft, very amazing though... have a spa and sauna, massages are roughly between €40-€120, pools open from 9am-10pm, sauna is open from 1pm-10pm. Would definitely stay here again! 😁

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent with wide selection. Rooms are good but not great. Bed is hard. Swimming pool is round and rather small.
