The place is clean and staff is really kind and helpful, breakfasts are under average. Still I put full stars because this is a place I will go back to and am happy to recommend

This is the west experience I have ever had at a hotel. I cannot open the door to get into the room I paid for and I am forced to sleep on the floor in front of the door. NEVER book a room here. They don't even even know hot to get people into the room that they paid for.
