Nice hotel, perfect location, clean rooms with comfy bed and bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. Helpful staff in reception, tasty breakfast and restaurant open 24 hours a day. Definitely come back...

Went here with a group of 32 students and 3 other teachers. Was absolutely perfect for this purpose. Good breakfast, pretty decent buffet dinner. Rooms clean and nice. The location was perfect, so close to alexanderplatz.

This hotel has good breakfast, friendly staff, with good location and the room had an excellent shower. The bed was also very good to sleep in. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and good restaurants in a walking distance, Block House for example.
However... we received a room that was not very clean, there were a lot of spots on the walls in the bathroom, on the mirrors, a coffee stain on the floor, dust on shelfs. We went downstairs to complain and were offered a new room but we just asked them to clean it the day after which they did not do. We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned it as promised. We could have complained more but we were with a group of people who had other stories to tell about their rooms- a broken chair, unable to lock the bathroom, stains on walls and so on.
I don't care about the outdated things as long as it is clean.

Stayed here three times. Excellent hotel. Comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is central enough for bars and restaurants. Easy bus ride to the Brandenburg Gate. I would recommend the hotel

Our experience was excellent. It is not luxurious but provides excellent value for money. Staff was professional and helpful. The building is big and modern. The room was modest but clean, quiet and modern. Beds are good. Breakfast was good. Location is good, it's a nice short walk away from Museum Island but there are also good connections by public transport. The theme is a little strange (blue bubbles) but that's about it and it's not substantial.
