Der Kundenservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, eine falsche Abrechbung wurde erst nach Ankündigung der Strafanzeige korrigiert und dann hieß es aus Kulanz, auf das Geld warten wir noch

Stole $50 by adding some kind of insurance to my reservation after I had repeatedly said I waived all optional coverage. I had reserved with a credit card that included stellar rental coverage; there was no reason for me to have accepted theirs. And since nobody even told me the coverage had been added, I couldn't have even used it if there had been an incident. I tried to dispute the charge, but multiple emails got me nowhere. Make sure you read your contract carefully and don't let them tell you any charge will be "removed when you drop the car off", because it's a scam.

Be careful, know your exact dates and times before you book and hope you don't need to cancel. They have an unbelievably strict cancellation policy, you are not made aware of it when you cancel online but they will charge you practically the entire booking cost even if you cancel weeks in advance.
