Great ambiance. The service was lovely, and attentive. The food did take a long time to arrive. The kids plates, at our request, were fired immediately and arrived quickly, but by the time our food got there the kids were long finished and were starting to get very restless which made our meal equally restless.
The food itself was ok. I had to ask for the fries to change because they arrived cold. The food had a feeling that parts of it were sitting a while on the pass before it got to us.
All in all it was ok but it did not live up to its price. In Berlin a 14 Euro hamburger needs to be really good and not just ok.
We would come back because the kids liked it and for the awesome ambiance. But it's definitely not going to be for a while...

I am a hard rock member who not only frequent the restaurant wherever I am at the cities but will collect t-shirts or polo Ts for myself or family members. This visit makes me mad with this outlet. The rudest and most unpleasant staff at the retail area who loves to speak to themselves and other similar skin texture people. But not to our group of Chinese skin visitors. Got me mad. I still purchased the 2 t-shirts for my family. Not very happy and may jus stop Beng a fan from now on.

If you like american rock music and vibe, it is really good for you!
But if you want to feel germany vibe, it would make you disappointed.

As always hard rock has a high standard with good customer service. Best staff to speak to for advice on a city when travelling. Chances are they speak good English.

Another wonderful experience at the Hard Rock Cafe Berlin. This Cafe is very modern and full of light. You can get a table on the second floor balcony, and enjoy the fresh air as well as the view of the street. The food is of the same quality as at most other Hard Rock Cafes; high quality and abundant. The staff is multilingual, very friendly and very attentive. You cannot go wrong here.
