Nice view, it's worth it to take the funicular up here (5 GEL round trip, +2 for the card if you need one. This is not the same as the metro card). I can imagine spending the day here in the summer, to escape the heat and relax in the hammocks. It's also a good place for families. There are restaurants and various places to sit outside and enjoy a drink.

Big park. A little bit dated. But green with lots of trees around. Though at daytime still hot. Best time to enjoy is from 5pm onwards(during summer). The best attraction is Kangaroo jump! As I know there are 2 drinking water fountains, so if you have a water bottle than no need to buy water

5 minutes from the city by funicular. Good panoramic view Tbilisi. A good place for children. in summer, more fresh air.

You should definitely make the time to go up here. it's a great place to oversee Tbilisi and all your surroundings will be breathtaking. I was there in December and there was a live show at 2pm! not sure if it was because of the holidays or if it's an ongoing thing.
