人气很旺的一家餐厅，本打算电话订位，被告知两个人不能预约，基本四点半到五点过去是有座的，所以我们五点不到到了那边，已经陆续客人多了起来。点餐基本都是网上的推荐菜，确实不错。

この店は、初めて行き出してから何年も通っています。
京倫飯店の東横の道をしばらく北進すると、看板が右手に見えてきます。
そこの路地を東に入ると店の入り口があります。
入口に水車が有って、その横で北京ダックを窯で焼いています。
どの料理を食べても美味しいです。

The food is delicious and inexpensive. The menu of mostly northern style Chinese dishes is extensive. Great place to grab dinner with friends after work. A nice dinner for 2 - 3 people costs about $20. You won't be disappointed.
Note: It's freezing cold in Beijing during the winter and it can be quite brutal to go outside to eat. Xiaowang's does not advertise this but they will deliver to nearby hotels like the Shangri-La, the Millennium or nearby apartments.

Our hosts were from a research house. I thought the dumplings were so/so. They should have been served hotter.
