Extremely bad service considering this is an official Samsung Customer Service Center. I tried to call before travelling there but the phone machine was not working. I traveled there only to be told I needed to pay upfront only to get a diagnostic on my smartphone that will take 5 days!! I knew I only needed to change the screen but i still had to go through the 5 day diagnostic period. Forget about it! Also the customer area was dirty, bad manners and very messy. #samsung #samsungcustomerservice
