Friendly staff, rates exactly as advertised without high-pressure sales tactics. Didn't give a five-star rating simply because the address on their website is incorrect, making it difficult to locate.

Pleasant experience. Staff was helpful. Book earlier to get better rates. Asked for a Rav 4, got a Volkswagen Tiguan.. Nothing wrong with that.

The car we got was new and clean. It could have used winter tires since the weather was bad and there was a significant amount of snow and ice on the roads.
Unfortunately, we were billed for quite a few extras which were not on our quote. This ended up doubling the amount we expected to pay. The last time I checked 'bait-&-switch' tactics were still illegal in Canada.
Next time we will rent from someone at the airport.

Same experience then Erica Rumbolt, they take 500$ and don't return call or email, I add to go back in person and still waiting for the repair invoice after 4 months, I rent car 10 to 12 times per year and this place was by far the worst. Avis, Alamo and Hertz are happy)))
