Spent HOURS circling Victoria ,thus late for appointment
Not all patients are familiar with Victoria . I came from Saltspring Island
HINT: In a Huge shopping centre is a clue The street address is absolutely USELESS. Above Walmart would be much better., as most street addresses are for a street level access NOT 6 stories up. Is there Is there a readable place on Blanshard where this address is displayed????? EVERY MD's reception staff should be trained to provide full directions on how to find you, or to stop giving out appointment times

This is a PRIVATE facility using public funds. Spokesperson claims the wait time to see a specialist averages less than 10 weeks. A call to Rebalance provided contrary information - a wait time of 4-6 MONTHS. That is the actual wait time to simply see a specialist - not the wait time for surgery. Again, this is a PRIVATE facility using public funds.

Busy multifaceted practice! Great location! Super impressed with only 5" wait, saw Dr Penny Orthopedic Surgeon, 1 hr + consultation, exceptionally thorough, relational and useful. Treatment plan set up to work with the issue.
