I love tim's so am always biased. Second best in the university campus! You can get food here :) not all tims in university serve food except soup

Great location! Has parking on its own and street parking available as well. Small patio and small parking though fyi. Big indoor space and high traffic. Staff is fast and can handle delivery above average customer quota.
