One of the few places in Vancouver where you can show people the difference between 'spicy' and 'hot'. Great blend of spices in their foods. Fav items: Almond Milk Chai, The Mughal and Eastern Ecstasy (dessert)

Go there hungry because the food is so filling - it might look like small portions when you get the feast but it is always so yummy. Great flavours. Love the atmosphere & all the eastern carpets. Make sure to have the Persian tea st the end - with saffron and rose water or is a nice way to finish the meal.

Service was pretty slow, the food was very good. Extensive vegetarian and vegan selection. As well as chicken and lamb choices. Cosy and comfortable atmosphere with a fair price point.
This is a place you could go to eat with just about anyone even with weird dietary restrictions and feel confident that they would find something they would enjoy on the menu.
Samples of chai tea are given when you sit down. Very pleasant.
