community garden, children's playground, some tables and some space to kick/throw a thing ... all good.
The bad, drug use in the area means checking the children's play area for needles / condoms / drug paraphernalia is a requirement (these things are commonly found). Though quick to respond to alerts, local policing does not routinely check this park, leading to frequent issues with onsite camping, garbage accumulation, and unwanted displays.

Cool that there are tables for seating as well as benches. Playground is pretty good, but not great.

Lovely little park area in the Fraser area. Nice in the summer for a quick sit down with a cool drink. The locals use it quite often and although small, is quite charming.
