Staff very interested in keeping glass clean and my fingers off the glass until she realized I was a "real" customer. I am a designer and arrived from a job site with paint and plaster on my clothes. So sorry, but I had over $6000.00 to spend so don't judge a book by it's cover.
Also don't interrupt my communication to take care of another customer. My time was short, I knew what I wanted. I was walking through the showroom, pointing out items, discussing them and ordering a specific quantity and colour. Why would the clerk leave part way through to go service someone else, leaving me standing there by myself. In the end I found another clerk and started the process from scratch.
Success in the end. Perfect delivery, perfect product. Exactly what my client on a tight budget wanted.

Awhile back, my wife & I bought some chairs & a wood table at Structube but when they arrived the table was damaged (it happens). I called the store, sent an email with pictures of the table & lo and behold, within a week we had a new table in perfect condition that we love. The professionalism and quick response of the staff was terrific. I would not hesitate to buy anything there again or to recommend them to my friends. A great place.

Went to the University Avenue store in Toronto and got a couch shipped to our place. Staff were helpful without being overbearing and were efficient in completing our order. When finalizing the order the cashier was good about giving helpful information about putting together the couch and important details about shipping/the shipping window.
Unfortunately many of the items we wanted were out of stock, and wouldn't be back in stock for several weeks/a couple months. We ended up getting a sectional in a different orientation that what we would have preferred because we really like the couch and couldn't wait for the other orientation to be in stock. The couch is nice and fairly comfortable, but definitely not as comfortable as the floor model we tried out. We're hoping that once it's been broken-in it'll be more comfortable.

We had just move into our new place and was looking for a couch and we stumble upon structure. It was reasonable in pricing and the look and style was just want we wanted. The staff was very helpful and set us on our way. When the couch was delivered, the delivery guys were super nice. We set up the couch and realized the cushions and legs were missing. We called the delivery guy and they couldn't help, and stuctube had no customer service since it was about 7 pm. We were very upset that we couldn't get anyone to help. We called the store when they opened the next day and they had informed us that everything was under the couch. I wish they had written this in the instructions instead of us being upset with everything and it was one simple resolution. Overall the couch is super comfortable and every one was super kind and helpful.

I went in to look at a rug, and ended up ordering a plant pot. The store was clean, well lit and well organized. The only remark I can make is that if I wanted the item delivered at home there would be an extra charge so I had it delivered to that location and although the staff was very friendly and definitely willing to help, they were talking amongst themselves a lot and didn't pay much attention to the customers in store. I prefer sales associates not to be too overbearing but a little more attention would've been appreciated. Overall I had a good experience and would return.
