Greentea Design disappeared in the middle of the night leaving lots of people twisting in the wind. Issues unresolved, no returned calls, emails left unanswered, web site gone....Can I leave less than one star?

This is an amazing store! The furniture is beautiful. I love the clean lines. The best part? - the service is absolutely fantastic!! I bought an end table and it got scratched. They re-finished it at no charge and it was our fault! Then they repaired a hall table that we chipped when moving it - and again, no charge. I don't know of any other store that has this kind of service. Truly amazing!

I love this place! They have an amazing collection of Japanese and Korean furniture with pieces that fit in a variety of settings. I have had a number of their pieces for several years and they still look great. The staff there are really friendly and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. The owner, Dale Storer, knows his business well and has always been a great source of advice and provides first-rate service. Highly recommended.

Quality: The furniture is very nice and exactly as described. It came well packaged and is quite heavy.
Appeal: The design aesthetics are indicative of a modern take on asian style. The lines are clean and the piece is also functional.
Service: If you are in a bind and need your furniture for a show or display, order extremely well in advanced and plan an extra two months into your expected arrival date. If, however, you are in no hurry to receive your furniture then do not hesitate to order. Customer service was helpful in resolving the timing issues for my delivery in particular and was able to issue a $150 refund on the shipping however I cannot get back the two months of extra time it took for it to arrive. Ah well, C'est la vie.
