I had the best facial here with Shannon. Not only she did an excellent analysis of your skin, but she also took care of you as a family member. If I don't have any budget restraint, I will definitely go to see Shannon every month. So happy i found Novo spa and Eminence line of product. Just one tip for the management: could you perhaps consider giving discount for " regular" customers? - that would be added bonus

My wife and I booked the luxury for two package. Worth every penny.
The spa, isn’t the most luxurious place I have been to however it is intimate, incredibly well staffed and the heart of it, the massages were professional and near perfect. So it does in the end feel exclusive.
We were incredibly relaxed after the massage and enjoyed our champagne and truffles.
I would recommend this spa to any of my friends and family. Each staff member made you feel like a million dollars.
I recommend to come an hour early, enjoy the sauna, high end shower and relaxing rooms with complimentary herbal teas and snacks.
A perfect Saturday afternoon to recharge for the week.

Have been using the service last 7 years. Comfortable and relaxing environment. Staffs are expert, friendly and helpful. Waiting area is best.

Me and my spouse went in for a 60 minute massage, 75 minute facial and a manicure/pedicure.
We really enjoyed massages and facials. And I think I would come back for these services. However my manicure chipped next day. And in general manicure and pedicure next day looked like it's been 3-4 days old since I've done it.
The staff is awesome. The spa is spotless and quiet, but air conditioning was too strong - our feet were cold.

The amenities were very clean. The staff were pleasant. I got a couple's package for myself and my partner and all of our expectations were exceeded, especially the sauna. Oh that sauna is magic! I recommend turning the lights off and just laying on the top shelf and watching the colors change.
