DO NOT waste your money!! We celebrated my 6 year old's birthday here, they are Unorganized, Unprofessional and RUDE, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They make you pay in full before your party begins and then forget about you. We were supposed to have a Hostess for the entire party, we barely had one for 30 minutes of the 2.5 Hours we were there. I had to constantly search for an employee to help us out. We were constantly looking for someone to give us what we had ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! Spend your hard-earned dollars at a venue that will treat you well and provide the services they claim you will receive. Garbage.

Pretty good service. The bowling facilities are good. Hey we are bowling people but with the guards my kids at won't put the ball to the ditch and have fun.
Laser tag is there and the price is $15 for 2 games, but forgot how long it is. Don't worry long enough to make you sweat (which already make me exhausted and sweat), and which is much cheaper than laser quest but with 1 level only which is about half size of a laser quest but still quite fun with the size with around 6 to 8 ppl. I guess 12 will be max which it is quite crowded. Equipment and facilities are quite new.
There are some new arcades but not a lot of games. Well, still made you play for an hour and have lots of fun.

We held out daughters 8th birthday party a few days ago at Playtime bowl and it was amazing. The girls dressed in white so that they glowed while bowling, and we decorated with white balloons. Playtime provided the food: pizza, chips with guacamole, a candy station and a wonderful fruit platter that the kids really loved! The venue was clean, organized and the staff were very helpful.
Thank you Playtime for a great time. My daughter was thrilled!!

Playtime hosted our Annual Company Summer Employee Appreciation Event this year and it was a tremendous success. We had the use of multiple lanes of bowling as well as the laser tag facilities. Playtime provided the food which was very good, fresh and there was lots of it. The facility is clean and in very good condition; probably one of the better bowling facilities I've ever been too. We had a schedule which we were following; they were organized and efficient and everything worked like clock work. The best part of this experience though was the service of the staff who were working with our group. They were friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to hold a similar event for this staff and I would certainly consider doing this again with Playtime.
