There are not enough words of praise for this place, truly. We have been treated like absolute gold each time we've been in, and the food has always been incredible. Our server, Sean, has taken care of us on more than one occasion and is as much a draw for us to come back as the food and wine. Amazing place, with fantastic food and warm, wonderful people. You can't go wrong!

Had dinner here for a birthday celebration and had an amazing time! It was a great atmosphere topped with delicious food and excellent customer service. It was truly one of the best dining experiences we have ever had resulting in my sister exclaiming that it was her best birthday dinner ever. And she ain't that young anymore so she's had more than a couple of birthday dinners! Thank you to the Michael's On Simcoe staff for making me and my family feel at home.

Went here for a night out with the girls. Must say Micheal (owner) took care of us all throughout the night. Made sure we had an amazing time. Which wasn't hard, the people,music,staff, ambiance was amazing. Great for a group, first date or just a night out on the town.

Unbelievably good food but also very expensive. If you have left your glasses at home they offer reading glasses so that you can read the menu. I had a Cherry Blaster cocktail that was deliciously tart followed by the surf n turf platter. The waiter brought sea salt to the table for the steak. I cannot express how amazing my meal was.

I went to Michael's with a girlfriend after a conference for a quick ladies night out. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a glass of red wine and some delicious appetizers on a Thursday. The food was excellent! Also, the owner was so friendly and attentive, as was our bartender. The ambience was hip yet relaxing. It was busy but not over crowded. It felt cozy, especially with the fireplace. I had a great time and will return for sure! I am a little picky with restaurants since I don't get out often (I work too much) but I would recommend this place. It is really a hidden gem.
